      Pros

      Datasite is a really good employer, the atmosphere and the people at the London office are very friendly. Datasite promotes a strong sense of belonging, strong brand and best product in the industry. The management is always by your side, at least in the Inside Sales team (SDRs/BDRs). Hybrid work model - quite fast-paced in some periods, but good work/life balance overall. The quotas for Inside Sales are very reasonable and fair.

      Cons

      Although my experience has been very good, different teams have very different experiences, with some VPs being too demanding.
