      All of the pros below are fairly standard: A monthly salary BUPA Dental Average working hours Office is pleasant enough

      Cons

      The US are coming and are desperate to land grab - not because they're good, but because it helps keep them busy. Culturally misaligned and unaware how to treat people. A lot of unauthentic individuals at a very senior level.
