      Pros

      Can grow within the company as long as you put in the effort in working and be a professional individual. Once you get past the politics, the people are great to work with.

      Cons

      There is favoritism as in any job. Some of the leadership can learn more about the positions that they are supervising.

      Pros

      I must say the Technology has advanced over my 20 years at Merrill. The work life balance was always good. You develop comrades at this company and can achieve projects goals just need someone to do the work.

      Cons

      In the end budget cuts and down sizing of every company is unavoidable.
