Pros

Basic salary. Some nice colleagues Good place if you have no ambition for life or just want a paycheque or lack other employable skill sets.

Cons

The job itself is mind numbingly stupid and boring. The so called "leads" are too busy nitpicking and backstabbing behind your back looking for your mistakes instead of doing any of the actual work when the team is already short of staff. "Leads" get all the power to decide the rules and assigning work to others, yet covering up their own mistakes by laughing it off and amplify team members' mistakes. Overly complicated internal procedures are implemented by some incompetent team leads that do not help to improve clients experience. Only add more work to junior staff and increase their chances of make mistakes. Zero career growth at this company Poor bonus structure Leads get overpaid and enjoy too much benefits for doing little work. Important projects are being assigned to junior staff with seniors not being involved at all. Most seniors are lazy and incompetent; too many dead woods within middle management

Pros

Great, friendly team Not much else

Cons

Manager never communicated with our team, managed by making people fear for their jobs or fear her lashing out on them. It was incredibly uncomfortable, felt like I could never relax or take a break because I didn't want to be yelled at. We would work late into the night while she left at 5:00. Never felt like she cared about anything other than 100% perfection at all times. Was laid off via email in the middle of the day, she never told my team, never met face-to-face to discuss options (ie., fewer hours, working fewer days, etc.) simply said there weren't enough jobs to keep me busy. It was incredibly rude, disrespectful and put me in an awkward position as I was still getting assigned jobs AFTER I got laid off. Horrendous management, I've never felt so incredibly disrespected. I would never suggest working here as they work you like a dog and seldom reward you. The company seems to be failing according to other reviews so avoid this sinking ship at all costs. Despite being left high and dry financially, I am relieved to have gotten out of this terrible company.
