      start out pay is ok plus most departments are easy jobs.

      Cons

      management sucks plus you never get a bonus and will NEVER EVER see A raise either for that matter !

      Great. really great insurance. Vacation plan and floating holidays make for plenty of time off.

      Cons

      My area was neglected as a whole. 3 managers in 5 years and none of them were hands on or very knowledgeable.

      Better companies to work for

      Pros

      Flexible working hours and fairly easy commute when trains are running on time. Other than that, none.

      Cons

      Poor management, bad atmosphere, just not a nice place to work, not much opportunity for progression above Grade III if you're a transcriber. That's it.
