      Great co-workers, collaborative environment, transparent C suite, exciting and challenging transformation in progress, road map for the future, great knowledgeable management in place, being fiscally smart even when the decisions are tough

      amount of change happening all at once is daunting for many, on-site food options are vending machines with little else in the area

      Long Road Ahead in the Turnaround Process

      Pros

      The culture of the company was that of a mom and pop shop as in the people were friendly and helpful. An easy location to get in and out of, except during the State Fair weeks. Be a part of the turnaround to bring the company to the next level. Unrealized growth potential.

      Cons

      While the company reinvents itself it will be a lot of hardwork. Being that the company campus is three buildings it is unpleasant in poor weather conditions to go between. The office interior is in poor condition and needs renovation immediately.
