      Pros

      The Associates I worked with (before they were ALL let go) were a solid fantastic team, and we had great rapport with each other, and often bonded outside of work doing many activities, from going to bars and comedy clubs to just hanging out together.

      Cons

      Upper Management has no concern for their Associates' work-life balance, the low wages they pay them, and just as soon as cut them loose than reward them for the excellent quality work they do. Management lives and breathes on the success of their staff, then discards them when they are no longer of any use to them.

      Pros

      Many of the groups within the company are attempting to be innovative and forward looking. I've been fortunate enough to work with those groups during my career here.

      Cons

      Room for improvement in communication (but really, who can't get better here?) as well as technology adoption and letting go of the past.

      Flexible work schedule was a nice feature.

      Cons

      Coworkers and management had a very passive aggressive stab-you-in-the-back style. I was routinely lied to, or lied about. Company was run by rumors and fear.
