      Pros

      Great employer - they pay well, a lot of freedom/flexibility as long as you perform well. They also give you a lot of tools to help you sell (sales navigator, MergerMarket, FT, Etc.) Great team - great people, always happy to help and great also to go for a drink Best product in the market - strong brand, best product and lot of things in the pipeline. Very interesting industry - M&A is very hot at the moment, a lot of things happening Fancy lunches/events Good exposure to C-level If you’re willing to put in the effort and hard work, Datasite will give you the tools to succeed (and even overperform)

      Cons

      One must not expect it to be a 9 to 5 job.

      I liked my coworkers and when I had work to do, I enjoyed the work.

      Cons

      There is way too much drama at this company. Several people were actually fired simply because their managers didn't like them. They made up excuses about people not doing well, when either they were fine or they had some issue that management or HR could help them overcome.
