Pros
Solid performance means good bonuses and opportunities. Company tends to promote from within, which is nice. Upper management seems to have their hearts in the right place on work/life balance, remote employment. They do a good job of being transparent about company performance.
Cons
Rapid growth has lead to some issues keeping track of new people and roles, nothing major. Benefits are a little behind the curve for a software company, but generous bonuses and flexible management practices make up for a lot.
