Pros
- If you're the kind of person who likes being busy with meaningful work, then this is the place for you! - Management is very open to feedback and does everything can to make the work environment a good one - You can work remote, and if you live near an office location, you can choose to go in. - The pay is market value. it isn't the greatest, but isn't unreasonable.
Cons
- The interview process is painfully long (4-6 weeks) -Due to most people remote working, the fact that we have employees across the world, and that we have multiple web platforms, there tends to be a lot of miscommunication and cross-talk. However, each team is working really hard to resolve that.
