Pros
Was a very stabile and consistent environment, with a great set of peers. The company was fairly diversified and well funded for great ideas. They continue to grow and expand into highly active corporate and legal markets.
Cons
Very Midwest centric. If you are not in Minnesota, your career can be limited in certain areas of the company at the corporate level. This excludes sales and regional management positions. Wit h the original COB retiring, it lost a personal connection for many.
