Laser focused on growth and market share with massive investments in tech acquisitions. Personal growth opportunities are abundant in some divisions. Adequate pay and benefits. Most staff are wonderful to partner with and very skilled.
Cons
Big swings come with big risks, too often at the expense of undervaluing the individuals constantly pivoting to keep operations aligned through the chaos. Could invest more in change management to help teams adapt.
