      Great working environment, lots of benefits, the biggest French software development company

      Cons

      Poor project and human management, expertise in development is not properly recognized, objectives are always changing and technical subject as well as big technological choices are made by the wrong people. It is the same 5 peoples who have the power to decide every choices.

      Pros

      - Paris Intramuros location is stunning, just next ot the Champs-Elysées - Great projects for those who like 3D/VR /CAD related stuff (but not only). - Good benefits thanks to the powerful employee representative committee.

      Cons

      - French headquarters are located quite far away from Paris itself, which can be quite annoying for those who work there. - Salaries could be higher. - A lot of internal HR jargon that try to create a culture but sounds fake.

      Pros

      Job description can be challenged. You can take part in side projects easily provided you have the time. Topics are usually interesting. Philosophy and vision are nice!

      Cons

      Poor execution. Way too much politics! I doubt top management is aware of how much politics lie beneath them. DS is an typical example of a company that could not scale. Medium and top management still act as a small company without scalable process or solution (problem-solving usually involve top level executives buy-up for everything).
