      Pros

      Dassault has a great benefits package and is a very well run company from financial standpoint. Willing to invest and develop next generation technologies

      Cons

      Dassault Systemes by it's very nature is a very large organization with many different divisions. If you are used to working in a smaller organization that is very quick to move, you may face a few challenges

      Pros

      The software engineers at DSA were very talented and extremely personable. That made the workplace environment very appealing. Benefits are outstanding. Management of the R&D was great.

      Cons

      There is no upward mobility. Although it is great to have so many people there with 20+ years of experience in the company, the company lacks new and young blood. The pay is on the low end of salary averages.

      Very much French management manner with comme to the surface as "franch" way of managrement and manly promotion of Froench people to executeve roles
