      friendly and highly skilled people, pleasure to work with supportive management continuous improvement attitude (can learn a lot) company with an exciting vision for the future great benefits

      sometimes the workload is pretty heavy so it's hard to keep good work-life balance decision making process can be very long

      Great company with great products, some of the smartest engineers I have ever met, some really nice people.

      Cons

      HR is called business partner but is run with reporting and not associated to the business.
