      Pros

      I spent 10 years in this company and I enjoyed each year spent there. This company has an entrepreneurship mindset and you can be exposed at a very young age on important topics. It is a place where you get to work hard but you definitely develop yourself, grow, and belong to a team.

      Cons

      Sometimes to many people are involved in decisions process which does not help to be fast when needed. The company needs to take more risks to remain a leader on its market

      Pros

      Excellent pay for operators, more than their Shift managers.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Management either lack awareness or are incredibly secretive and therefore provide very little clear direction. For a massive multinational, IT systems are disjointed and sub optimal, with large portions of functionality not used. Operators are very well paid, with a strong union and very little pressure from management. The pressure is applied to lower Management, with less pay, unrealistic expectations and lack of support. Functions like Supply chain are fortunate to take long lunch breaks and float around during the day, while operations are lucky to grab a quick break and are questioned if not always available on the factory floor.
