      Interesting R&D projects, great colleagues and good work-life balance

      Cons

      They would only keep you on yearly contract after contract, hard to get permanent. Every team has a different recruitment process and a different agency hired.

      Pros

      It's a great company, where you get really involved with the whole quality thing, you develop sense of ownership and you get really proud to go everyday and do these amazing products. It really makes you feel special and have a lot of benefits and celebrations to the employees.

      Cons

      You can find yourself overworking. You get so proud of what you are doing that you don't realize you are doing more than you are paid to do and are more stressed than you should.
