      Pros

      Pay is good, above sector standards. Very enthusiastic & hardworking teams. Very purposeful products (specialized nutrition)

      Cons

      Very chaotic. Even most simple things made very complex (typical french wow). Inefficient, internal politics driven rather than external impact focus.. Layers of hierarchy. No psychological safety, when people ask for organisational help, you will be labelled as dissent and not trustworthy. No trust to HR. They will do nothing to protect you. A lot of sick leaves even at higher managerial levels.
