Danone A bunch of Animals, what a horrible place to work. Everything seems normal at first but scratch beneath the surface…. The incompetence and Nepotism at Management level is incredible. The most unprofessional place I’ve ever worked. Authoritarian system. No meetings or communication within or between departments. No respect for people even during COVID. Employees were instructed to come to work even as confirmed cases and test in the presence of Managers… Encouraged by Factory Director to drive to work during “Red Weather Warnings” …. Bullying/harassment is an everyday occurrence…. They’re not happy unless they’re getting their pound of flesh. No change Control whatsoever. Software programs used to control critical equipment is modified at will. Do not leave a wage paying job to work in Danone Macroom. Avoid at all costs!
