Thank you very much for your 5-star reviews. Consulting does at times have its client challenges - we like to think of those challenges as a learning opportunity for future work.

Not a place for development

Pros

I liked the internal meet up groups to meet other consultants such as millionaires club and Prince group.

Cons

You are not considered for pay increases for trival reasons such as not attending a meet up group. You are treated terribly when on 'the bench' and put under a lot of pressure so that you leave, without notice period. There are rules for everything to trip you up and the HR team are used as puppets for management.

DWS reviews pay every 12 months more frequently for grads. Many factors go into a pay review including attending meeting. A complete lack of attendance at meetings will not go well for a pay review. Meetings are an important management tool to communicate with consultants and it's hard to imagine a consultant can be up to date with the company if they don't attend 9 meeting per year. These meeting are also a social event with drinks served before and after meeting You comments regarding bench, notice periods and rules are just complete rubbish. Regards Danny wallis CEO
