      Pros

      - Friendly, positive and welcoming internal morale - Exceptional management team - Culturally and LGBTQ+ friendly and neutral - Plethora of opportunities to develop professionally - Incredible location, beautiful office - Professional networking opportunities through hosted monthly social events - Gargantuan list of "top-of-the-range" clients, eager to provide a high end product During my time at DWS so far I have come to learn a great number of things. Both in regard to my career and role and also the professional environment as a whole. In my role I have the opportunity to work closely with everyone from the management team to the newly started consultant. My day to day is never tiresome and provides challenging opportunities with often triumphant and rewarding conclusions that help me to develop professionally and as a person.

      Good if you don’t have any other job on your plate.

      Cons

      This is the worst company I have worked for in the last 15 years. Very bad management and they treat you very badly if you are on bench. The Business development managers here have very poor HR concepts and very poor people management skills. No wonder they never get any good projects for the consultants. Most of the Senior consultants at DWS lack technical skills as well and they just want to be always in the good books of the client and in order to do this they make the other consultants look bad before the client. Just run out of here as fast as you can.

      Pros

      Will get exposure to a variety of clients, Glenn and Mark are great people to work with. Good monthly company get-together, where you get to interact with other consultants - these are great opportunities to understand what is happing in the tech world and in the market

      Cons

      Body Shop - So don't expect much support. You are there to make money for them. Being on the bench is a nightmare- especially if you are the bench captain: you will be cleaning the kitchen, grocery run to buy tea, milk :), act as a receptionist, make sure printer is up and working....

Concerning your Cons, we have a flat structure at DWS and expect consultants to be willing to roll up their sleeves and help out their colleagues.
