      Pros

      Intelligent, social, personable colleagues. Fantastic customer relations. Generally great culture.

      Cons

      This is a glorified body-shop unless you take ownership of your career. A general lack of mentors.

      Pros

      You are safe and sound as long as you are billable and if you are lucky you might get what you want.

      Cons

      The moment you are on bench you are at high risk and sooner or later you will be asked to leave. In my opinion, it's always better to work as an individual contractor than working as a sub-contractor ( i.e. full-time for DWS).

      Thank you for your review. Being on the bench with DWS does not put someone at risk of being asked to leave, in fact we actively encourage our staff to use this time to further their careers with additional studies and certifications - which DWS supports through our training framework and study completion bonuses.
