DWS has extremely high utilisation (one of the highest in the industry), and our Consulting staff spend very little time on the bench between client projects - with those projects typically ranging from 6 months to multiple years in length. DWS also has a fully paid learning and professional development framework - which staff who are on the bench can use to study full time if they wish to use the time to upskill and develop further in technical certifications or soft skills.
