      Pros

      They don't sugarcoat things here. Management keeps us updated on the good, the bad, and the in-between. It's refreshing to know what's going on and it feels like you're part of the bigger picture.

      Cons

      Things can be overwhelming for newcomers.

      Great technology, great potential, mismanaged by people who haven't seen something else and are in their own bubble.

      Pros

      It's a biotech, doing good for the world. It's cool technology, we're combining chemistry, biology, mechanical / electrical engineering... It gives me (but not all people) freedom to perform my duties.

      Cons

      Leadership: need to hire people with experience instead of letting juniors run the company (10 years in the same company =/= 2 years at 5 different companies in terms of experience gained). This is valid for CEO, CTO, etc...
