Pros

Exposure to wider business Provides great facilities and women friendly

Cons

Every company has its own problems and Cummins is no different 1) Politics, back stabbing and gossiping is at worst level 2) annual appraisal process is farce 3) More opportunities only if you are in good books and kind of "YES MAN (noddy)" 4) place for people who only know how to gossip around and still progress on basis on their contacts rather than actual talent.

Pros

Cummins has good learning opportunities and very interesting jobs for electrical, mechanical, controls engineers. It offers decent benefits, good work culture and work life balance

Cons

It has an indecisive environment because of lack of accountability. People spend hours and hours in meeting without any decision making and it is prevalent across different teams and different business unit, which suggests leadership's shortcoming
