Pros

From time to time I was challenged in my position. Pay was on-par for the industry.

Cons

Culture is a problem. Good-old-boy network in full force. A handful of toxic leaders.

Pros

Pay is good. Great to have on resume. Not much else to say

Cons

They dont practice what they preach. I intended to retire from this company now the drive into work makes me sick. Management are discriminating, back stabbing literal rumor starting people. They will pull aside a co worker, tell them something about your performance and then the co worker would tell you. I would never recommend getting a job here. Worse then highschool. There is no team work. No communication. Apprentices are treated like pests...

Pros

Global company with global opportunities, progressive stance on diversity and social justice, good lateral move opportunities, sponsors H1B through green card, likely to be around for quite a while.

Cons

Forced rating and ranking by any other name is still forced rating and ranking. The resulting culture is scared, extremely risk-averse, and tends to favor those good at the game over those who try to produce. Slooooow to adopt any changes, until things are so horribly broken they cannot be ignored. Bills itself is an innovative company, but is actually a fast follower - which is itself a successful strategy - but leaves those who try to innovate hanging in the wind. Short term thinking and reacting has driven quality down and subsequently warranty through the roof. Work/life balance runs the gamut, by organization and local leader. For example, young accountant on H1B = no life.
