      Pros

      You get a performance improvement plan from management as means of development, easier to write a plan than take ownership of developing and supporting the people.

      Cons

      If you want to come to work and be ruled by a firm hand, be held accountable due to management neglect, a smoke screen employed by many to remove any blame from oneself then I would recommend you work for this company.

      Smart, talented, and interesting people International Experience

      Cons

      Lack of execution timed consistantly with market changes. If employees leave, replacements are from emerging markets only (India or China) without needed experience. Excessive politics without results. Unequal pay - dependant on your political clout or ?
