      Pros

      If you are a self driven person, you can do very well here. There are many opportunities internally, but you have to seek them out and be willing to put yourself and your work out there.

      Cons

      Says they focus on diversity, but the message gets lost in hiring. Technology is old and outdated and focused more on what it costs than returns on investing in the appropriate innovation. I am sure that most of the issues you will find in any large company, especially in the Fortune 500.
