the work environment is not bad. you wont get bored for even one day, cummins always has some work stored for you everyday. one can jump departments after about 18 months and that provides an opportunity to gain experience in different fields.

Cons

the place, of columbus doesnt offer much. its a small town with more old people. Not all the departments and teams are good. so if you feel that you are not comfortable in the team. then by all means jump to some other team.

-Disrespect to Employees -Very conservative -Performance doesn't matter -Forced ranking (based on emotions and gamesmanship rather than performance) -Too much lip service -Unethical in some ways -Your career will depend on who you know -Most of the management can not see further than 3 month ahead -Preaching diversity, practising hypocracy
