      Nice people here. Many people stay here for long time. Very efficient management.

      Pros

      Great experience and opportunity for development. The people who work at Cummins are knowledgeable about engines. You are given full ownership of your components and have the opportunity make key desicions

      Cons

      Pay and workload are terrible. Cummins does not seem to pay based on how much you actually get done, it's more about how upper management perceives you. Without doing some brown-nosing, you are unlikely to be ranked well. Also, location is not ideal if you enjoy the freedom of nut running in to people from work all the time.

      Good learning opportunities. Education support program, Six Sigma Training provided to most employees, growing company providing career enhancement options and worldwide locations

      Conservative company which is cyclical, employee on boarding program not very effective, not enought focus on improving work environment for employees
