Pros

There are some good things on the horizon; engine business is reasonably stable and you get to do some interesting work.

Cons

Middle management is not necessarily in place based on their ability; some departments are better than others about this. The company doesn't seem to hold product knowlege in high regard, which seems strange for an engine company. Management is big on making rules and procedures but then not following them.

Pros

If you are in the right fit, the job responsibilities are challenging and teamwork is encouraged. Can be pressure but good work-life balance helps balance it out. Everyone is willing to help each other, the ultimate goal is to deliver great products so politics take a back seat.

Cons

Not a great location Limited opportunities for advancement
