      engine and power generation business have good growth potentials, but this grow th has nothing to do with filtra tion

      a cheap company, employees are under paid and could be treated better. workload is not equal between employees, no work life balance.

      Pros

      International travel allowed for development of management skills with non-english speakers. If you are local to Columbus and you have contact with upper management then you have a job for life.

      Cons

      The company works similar to herding cattle, they bring you in from out of town and work you to death until you no longer provide a benefit to them and then you are out the door.

      The benifits are good in comparison to some other places I have worked. The people in the areas I interacted with are really nice and fun.

      Cons

      Management is really slow to react to situations. There are lots of roadblock in order to get anything done in a timely manner.
