      ethical company,good brand name,nicely developed country wide network

      Cons

      no clear defined work/task/project; few managers lack in clearity of thoughts,so it becomes difficult to work,HR needs to be improved,takes very long time in completing any task.

      Excellent locations, except for headquarters Annual variable compensation paid (depending on financial factors) Many work holidays off work Very community-minded; encourages employees to volunteer at least 4 (paid) hours of community service a year

      Managers play favorites among employees, where if you're not a favorite or a '1', your chances of advancement are pretty slim; Favorite employees are on the "fast track" to the top Most of the IT work is contracted out Headquarters in small town Vacation increases require too many consecutive years of work
