Pros
Doing engine work all day isn't bad. You get to drive service truck home. Pay is fair if your situation is right. I don't have a problem with the job or company. The state its located in is very depressing and crowded and expensive.
Cons
Got told by other tech of how much work there is and how busy it is and blah blah. Youre lucky to have any overtime to be honest. You are grateful to get 40 hours regular time. Thats the only con really. You can go work on a boat by yourself lifting a cyl head off by hand at 8o clock at night but you can't work in the shop by yourself on the weekend on an engine on a stand?Oxymoron. If your used to living anywhere east of the coastal states DO NOT MOVE HERE you will regret it. 9 months of rain. Expensive. Drugs and homeless rampant. Far left politics.
