      Pros

      The only good thing about this company is the pay. You have to ask yourself if the pay is worth it compared to the demeaning way they treat their technicians.

      Cons

      Its all about the almighty dollar. No compassion for employees at all. Treated like a child as far as working conditions. Communication with management is non existent. If you do express your opinion your comments are sent right to upper management.

      Very flexible and mostly a people and family orientated company. Big into promoting a healthy environment.

      Cons

      Unrealistic future projections. Company personnel decisions controlled by HR without input from area managers. Open movement of personnel removes expertise in specific departments.

      parent company manufacturers high quality diesel engines. Safety is a priority.

      Union Contract is a complete mess which was created by Bridgeway Management, not the Union work force.
