Great company that cares about it's employees. Diversity isn't forced, it just comes naturally. Employees are friendly and caring. The company is innovative and always looking towards the future.

Cons

The location of the HQ isn't for everyone.

There are quite a few positives about cummins 1. Better opportunities to find inside company through internal Job postings 2. Work life balance 3. Employee Safety is prime priority 4. Great work culture 5. 360 degree performance review system doesn't make you over concerned about your relationship with your manager for your rating

Cons

Major issue with HR and Administration 1. Not a higher payer compared to its Fortune 500 status and worldwide presence. 2. Poor administration. 3. Not so co-operative HR, especially Line HR's who looks after individual BUs 4. Poor wage policies along with Mediclaim policy, Referral bonus, compulsory Superannuation deduction from salary

I have heard myself a manager intentionally lie on a individual to get them fired!! Human resources are like temps here, switched out way too much.
