Pros

Almost all people are nice people to work with. Very intellectual people.

Cons

No opportunities for career growth especially if you are a young independent woman. Highly dysfunctional teams. Jealousy among own team members. Lots of politics and Nepotism involved, open flirting and sexual misconduct involved too. Many labs at CEP have poor infrastructure.
