Pros

Good pay, flexible hours. You stay busy and the time passes quickly, but it's not very complicated. You come up with a system for your daily tasks and learn a lot on the job.

Cons

Customers can suck sometimes. Culligan is very busy so that means service technicians are never available to go out to a call the same day they receive it. It usually takes 2-3 days for customer to get service at their home and that really upsets people.

Pros

Good work hours for all departments You learn a lot (but on your own, no training programs) The offer benefits

Cons

No formalized training, you have to just figure it out for your self. If you want to make any money. Terrible employee relations. Local Management in Denver was great then they fired all of them for no reason. The Denver location is severely understaffed, and upper management refuses to increase staff.
