Working for Culligan was amazing. My boss was understanding and always was there to help me if the work load was too hard. Other employees felt like family we were all so close.

high pay if you can take the abuse

Cons

managers yell at employees and throw things, customers are not receiving products they pay for so office staff gets calls from furious customers yelling and swearing multiple times a day, work load is excessive and management will drop mandatory overtime on you at 3:30pm for that night. Your life belongs to Culligan.
