Easy work. good technical support network. not bad pay for entery level.

Cons

Expect to be disciplined if idling for 5 minutes, lunch break running a few minutes too long, compleating jobs too fast even if you call in for extra work (because you are good at your job), compleating jobs too slow regardless of curcumstance. expect customers making complaints to be believed over you and over evidence and for those occurrence to follow you and be brought up over a year later. Expect a depressed office enviroment.
