This is the most toxic work environment I have ever worked in. There is no consistency. No training. No support. You are showered in negative feedback and given no opportunity to thrive. The company rarely hired within, but apparently will find a way to shoehorn their own relatives to take primary positions. The entire culture revolves around alcoholism and pettiness. The bonuses are nonexistent. The pay is criminal for the amount of work you're given. They will use you and discard you without batting an eye. If you're a CSR, you will be blamed for every issue in the office. You will be abused by technicians and management. You will always be the scapegoat, no matter how well you do.
