Pros

Honestly you rarely find a company that truly cares about its people and culture and invests in their development. Criteo is a unique company and quite honestly even the people internally don't sometimes see what a good thing they have.

Cons

Lack of opportunities for teams to travel to meet is my only feedback, but then sustainability is a critical company priority and reducing carbon footprint is important too.

Overall a positive experience, but sudden layoff

Pros

I loved the collaborative atmosphere of my team and the innovative projects we worked on. The company offered excellent benefits, including healthcare and flexible working hours, which contributed to a good work-life balance.

Cons

Unfortunately, I was laid off unexpectedly in Spring 2024. The entire process felt abrupt, as I was given just 24 hours to hand over my projects and say goodbye to colleagues. However, the layoff package was generous, which helped ease the transition despite the suddenness. While the experience was positive overall, the unexpected nature of the layoff left me feeling unprepared.
