Pros

Your coworkers are good and provide feedback when asked. The work is chill and the environment is very collaborative

Cons

* Leadership for sales are leaving en masse. * Too much "internal reorg" only to send you position overseas. * Layoffs that happen to teams that need more employees instead of letting them go. * Too many conflicting reports about how well the company is doing.

Pros

Good culture, decent benefits. Pay is competitive for certain roles

Cons

Leadership has little to no interest in retaining and developing internal talent. Depending on what side of the business you're on, you're at constant risk for layoff depending on whether or not the last quarter was good or not. Extreme and unrealistic growth goals.

We are glad we could be part of your journey! Thank you for sharing your input; open feedback is something we deeply value here at Criteo. The economic context combined with the ever-changing nature of our industry might have brought some instabilities in recent years and our leadership team strove to find the best way to keep the boat afloat. People are our most precious asset; we strive today and will keep striving tomorrow to make Criteo a place where we can all grow and thrive. We are grateful for your contribution to Criteo. Pros

1. Highly initiative promoted work culture 2. Environment enables good balance between personal and professional growth. 3. Feel happy to share professional as well as personal achievements with colleagues as they genuinely appreciate and even enable such achievements. 4. My role has offered me good flexibility of remote work due to being a global role.

Cons

1. Other roles may not offer the remote flexbility 2. Base salary package leaves something to be desired for, yet not at par with other companies of same stature.
