      Unclear vision and expectations from leadership

      Some decent product offerings along with a name in the advertising space.

      Cons

      Very unclear vision from leadership and very clicky sales organization due to the fact that managers have been there for 10+ years. Very unclear swimming lanes as there are 3 different sales teams calling on clients. Multiple different managers in the three years I was there.

      Probably the meetings. There are too many meetings scheduled on a daily basis.
