Thank you for your positive feedback about Contentsquare! We are happy to read that you enjoyed working with us and that the environment has allowed you to grow! In terms of benefits, we offer a lot of things, some basic, some less so: - Restaurant tickets - RTT - Coverage of transport costs at 50%. - Numerous training courses - Beautiful offices in the heart of Paris - Significant and above-market increases for top performers - Highly protective mutual and provident societies - Reimbursement of material expenses to work in the best conditions in remote control. - etc You are right to challenge us on this point, we are always working to do better! Pros

Blazingly fast growing company within the French ecosystem. This means everyone can enjoy an outstanding room to have an impact, to suggest and implement new ideas. Unique opportunity to experience a wide spectrum of challenging situations, thus to learn and grow up with the company. Be prepared to experience sudden target changes though.

Cons

Although the tool they develop is full of stimulating engineering challenges, company seems to be mostly driven by product and sales. Giving more autonomy to software engineering teams, to contribute more actively to the product/business, could ultimately lead to a sane engineering culture. Was getting harder to get support to actually implement some ideas as everyone looked overly busy. Needed to push harder and harder to make things move towards the expected direction.
