We are constantly offering developmental opportunities for our leaders and have built a training curriculum for our first time managers so do appreciate your note regarding the management style you experienced while on the Talent Sourcing team. I am also happy to share that we have streamlined our corporate and internal communications teams and have had a much stronger focus in advancing our communications methods and approach.
