Pros

- Unlimited PTO, and everyone really does use it

Cons

- Culture: If Michael Scott ran a fraternity headquartered in Paris - DEI: Head of DEI was hired and disappeared within months without comment, never to be replaced. - Career Development: Acquisition left 1000 employees wondering for 2 months what their roles would be followed by very messy layoffs where it is rumored they accidentally dismissed people they still needed. Employees don’t know their salaries for 2024-25 or how they would even pursue the promotions they were expecting prior to M&A. - Product: Clients are exhausted and confused by constant changes and customer success is set up to fail. Unclear if any market research is done; everything eventually ends up scrapped. - Executive leadership: loves to announce big, shiny new change > tons of runway to plan but somehow zero plan > disastrous launch employees pay the price for > no retrospective. Rinse, repeat. - CEO: "Yay!!!! We are on a rocket ship! IPO! Trip to Punta Cana! Just kidding, cancel the trip. Now we are on a sinking ship. Wait, now just you are in a sinking lifeboat to cover up our poor decision-making. Bye! Everyone else, be grateful you have a job and roll out our unrealistic plan with no information or resources! Raises? We don't have that information yet. Now back to work :]"

Pros

- Culture is great - Good work/life balance - Some good perks (health, lunch & breakfast once a week, drinks & events) - Central office location

Cons

- Many restructurings in a short period of time - Low salary vs. market - Very stratified company, with slow promotion rate - HQ is between Paris and NYC, which is felt in London (prioritisation of regions)
