Pros

Good in-office and team culture I used to have more to say, but this ship is sinking… fast.

Cons

You lay off 10% of the workforce every year, just to amp up your hiring 3 months later. Such a lack of regard for people’s livelihoods. The best part about this is that you spent probably $10,000,000 to bring us all to Berlin, just to lay us off 7 month later. Jon needs to put his ego aside if this company is EVER going to be successful. Learn to actually live your value of Be Understanding. Some leadership choices are genuinely baffling and are based on favoritism, not skill. Terrible Change Management!

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We hear your concerns about ongoing organizational change, leadership decisions, and how those moments were felt at the team level. Like many companies in our industry, shifts in the market have required adjustments to our financial trajectory to support long-term sustainability, and we understand how the pace and impact of those changes can feel destabilizing. You also raised our visibility here. Periods of significant change affected many teams, including those responsible for engaging with feedback, which contributed to delays. We remain committed to showing up and engaging thoughtfully, even when the feedback is hard to read.

Pros

Unlimited PTO Flexible work environment People on my team are genuinely nice Once upon a time was a great place to work

Cons

Constant RIFs, executives being forced out, the leadership has no idea what they are doing so they keep acquiring other companies while remaining unprofitable. The past 3 years have been so chaotic, marred by incessant reshuffling of CSM portfolios, teams and managers - we can't catch a break. Everyone is burnt out and looking for an exit.
