      "Big company" feel

      Pros

      Teammates are supportive, positive, and great to work with.

      Cons

      Employees understand the level of complexity it takes to acquire and integrate three companies, and it does not happen overnight. However it has felt like throughout the lengthy process, middle management is largely left on their own to help their teams navigate constant change and re-orgs, and promote "doing more with less". Smaller perks from the acquired companies that made employees feel supported and valued (ex. company-wide mental health days, sabbatical programs) were removed, and generally it feels as though decisions are made with the company's profit in mind rather than the employee, which impacts morale and puts managers in a position of constantly scrambling to try to retain their teams.

      Terrible place to work

      Pros

      Great co-workers, but they're held back by excessive and broken bureaucracy and idle leadership

      Cons

      Too many to name. But most of all, there are far too many ops/administrative functions here. It's impossible to get anything done. It takes over a month to generate an order form. There is no accountability at any level of this company. Things don't work, nobody knows who is supposed to do them, the problems never get solved.

      Contentsquare est une boîte super dynamique, où on sent vraiment qu'ils investissent dans le développement des employés. L'ambiance est collaborative, et les technologies sont top, ce qui rend le travail super intéressant. C'est vrai que ça va vite parfois, mais c'est aussi une super opportunité pour apprendre et évoluer.

      Les processus internes sont parfois complexes, ce qui peut ralentir la prise de décision.
