Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the benefits you’ve experienced, as well as the high rating you gave to DEI. We appreciate your constructive input. As Contentsquare has grown, we’ve undergone significant changes in recent months and years. Our evolving strategy, shaped by market dynamics and the acquisition of two companies, has naturally influenced the Sales team’s targets. That said, we recognize the importance of clear communication and will escalate your concerns to ensure we better explain the reasoning behind key decisions moving forward.

Pros

- Massive market opportunity - Large customer base - Some extremely talented individuals

Cons

- Significant issues trying to integrate three different companies (Contentsquare, Hotjar, and Heap) into one. - Large gap in emplyee talent in many departments; the differences between individuals who are supposedly at the same level can be striking. - Many leaders, especially mid-level managers, struggle to grow individuals on their teams because they themselves are not the strongest.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We're glad to hear you recognize the opportunity and the strength of our customer base. We also hold pride in the level of talent across the organization. All of these continue to be key drivers of our mission. We acknowledge that challenges may still be arising from integrating Contentsquare, Hotjar, and Heap. Bringing together different cultures, systems, and teams takes time. We’ve made meaningful progress in the past 1.5 years, but we know there’s always room for improvement in creating a more unified and consistent experience across the board. Your points around talent gaps and leadership development are also heard. We agree that strong, consistent management is critical to team success. To help address this, we’re rolling out a company-wide career framework later this year designed to bring more structure, clarity, and equity to career progression, expectations, and development across all levels and functions. Thanks again for your honest and constructive feedback.
