As Contentsquare has grown, we’ve undergone significant changes in recent months and years. Our evolving strategy, shaped by market dynamics and the acquisition of two companies, has naturally influenced the Sales team’s targets. That said, we recognize the importance of clear communication and will escalate your concerns to ensure we better explain the reasoning behind key decisions moving forward.

We acknowledge that challenges may still be arising from integrating Contentsquare, Hotjar, and Heap. Bringing together different cultures, systems, and teams takes time. We’ve made meaningful progress in the past 1.5 years, but we know there’s always room for improvement in creating a more unified and consistent experience across the board.
